HOW TO COMPLY
Regardless of category, suppliers should follow these steps:
- Identify current in-store SKUs and check to see if they’re currently on Walmart.com.
- If yes, then verify that the information on Walmart.com is accurate.
- If SKUs are not online, or if the information is not accurate, appropriate content must be provided by the October 1 deadline.
The easiest way to accomplish this is to bring your items to the 8th & Walton office at 609 S.W. 8th Street, Suite #335, Bentonville, AR 72712 – across from the Walmart Home office in the Bentonville Plaza. We’re a drop off point for Kwikee, and once you drop off your items, you’re set. We’ll take it from there.
Items must be shelf stable and weigh 25 lbs or less. Clothing items aren’t eligible unless they’re pre-packaged.
Drop your items off by September 14th to be sure of meeting the October 1 deadline.

Note that the steps above are all about the products that are already sold in stores, including both items that are sold online and those that aren’t yet online. Walmart needs suppliers’ help in getting all those in-store SKUs online.
After October 1, Phase 2 kicks in.
Follow the same steps listed above for the SKUs that are sold only online.
This is also the point at which you can submit new items that are not currently sold at Walmart.com.
